Took my niece out to lunch. Our wait staff was amazing. The steak fries were dry, stale, and under seasoned. Burger was cold and the patties was smashed, even though I didn't order a smash burger. Place wasn't even a 1/4 full, kitchen staff was hanging out talking, all that time to do those things, but give a table a hot meal with some palatable sides. The best part of our meal, was our wait staff being attentive and polite.

Excellent "old school" service! Friendly staff from the moment we walked in the door. Pam our server was gerat! Prompt, Polite and Prefect from the moment we were seated! Duane the Manager took time to check on how our meal and service was... he was Friendly, For-Real and Fun! Pretty much unheard of these days for a manager at a Chain Restaurant to do. The best part the contact was For Real! Felt Like an Old School Mom and Pop Restaurant with the owner stopping by to check on their "Valued" Customer! Great experience all around! Thank You Duane and your Staff for an Awesome Date Night Dinner! We will be back soon! Thank You for a Great time all around!

It seemed busy for a Sunday evening but not bad. They were able to get me a table right away. I got the Tower of Onion Rings. Always a winner and I love the haystack sauce or whatever they call it. I think it's just BBQ sauce mixed with Ranch.. so good. I ordered the whiskey river BBQ burger (beef, not chicken.) My food wasn't hot and fresh when it got to my table but I didn't complain. And it's always hit or miss if you're going to get hot crispy fries or not. Today was not my lucky day. But you kind of just know, going in. It was okay enough. Maybe next time I will get the Whiskey River burger but sub in the fried chicken.. I couldn't tell by looking at the menu whether it was grilled or fried, so i asked the server.. I don't eat grilled chicken i didn't make myself. If you're looking for a fun atmosphere and good appetizers, drinks and desserts, you'll probably enjoy.

We were seated quickly and order was taken within reasonable time. The service and food were both good. I ordered a cod sandwich and my grandson enjoyed their mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings. We had no complaints. The atmosphere was not too noisy and well-kept. Servers are very friendly and courteous. Sometimes that can make or break the experience better or worse. In this case, better.

The burgers are always wonderful here at this location, but I did have an issue with my last order. We didn’t eat at the restaurant and had the food for pick up. My meal was a burger and instead of fries I wanted a salad to have for my lunch the next day. I got my order, but what I was not happy about was my burger was not what I ordered and the salad (cold ) was in the same tray as the burger which was supposed to be hot was cold when I got it home. I was not happy about this order. Had known it was going to come the way it did I wood not have ordered that particular burger and salad.

The food was delicious and hot. Soda was not flat, Fries were crispy and fresh. Service was great, just a little slow, because there was only one server working at the time. She still did an amazing job serving us.

I would say I am pleased with this Red Robin. The food is on point and you can NEVER go wrong with bottomless steak fries!! Went here for lunch on a Monday at 11am to experience the opening staff with my daughter for her birthday. They have fabulous servers and they took care of us and helped me spoil my daughter with Birthday treats. An ice cream sundae, a balloon, and of course the singing. Thanks Red Robin Muldoon! I kept it light with a wrap instead of the royal Red Robin burger which is choice! Photo of example to get as sub instead of burger. I know shame on me review without the burger. GET THE BURGER, I love the wrap when I am on my diet. The kids menu works. It has good options! The current color sheet is not a color sheet they need to improve this.

The food was pretty good, waitress was friendly. However my issue is that they charge you 3 bucks for playing games on the kiosk screen. I wasn't aware of this until it came up on my bill, and I wasn't happy about that. Besides that, it's a great place with a wide variety of menu items to choose from.
